Fylkesleiren 83

In co-operation between Norsk Speiderfilatelistisk Gruppe (Spiva-Fil, Norwegian Scout Philatelic Group in Stavanger), Møre og Romsdal Krets av Norges Speiderforbund (Møre and Romsdal district of Norwegian Boy Scouts and Girl Guides Association) and Norway Post, a postal card was produced for the NSF county camp " Fylkesleiren 83" at Setnesmoen. The stamp imprint shows Tofte farm in Dovre. The illustration to the left has the NSF Boy Scout / Girl Guide badge, a line drawing of four tents, a scout hat, footprints, and the camp motto "I BP's spor!" (In BP's footprints!). The card reverse is blank.

1,000 postal cards were printed locally in Stavanger, in blue colour. The red stamp imprint was subsequently recess printed by E. Moestue A/S in Oslo. The postal card was put on sale in the camp from 25 June 1983.

The camp did not have any official post office, and no special postmark was used. Mail sent from the camp was cancelled at either Veblungsnes or Åndalsnes post office.
