Spiva-Fil (Norsk Speiderfilatelistisk Gruppe - Norwegian Scout Philatelic Group) issued a semi official postal card in connection with the scout stamp exhibition in Stavanger 22 February 1982. Postal cards with stamp imprint showing a beaver were purchased from Norway Post, and additional printing applied on the left part of the card front. The printing shows the Year of the Scout logo (75 years scouting and 125 years B-P). In order to mask the existing printing on the original cards, a silhouette of a tent was printed in gold colour. The jubilee logo and text were subsequently printed in lilac colour. The card reverse is blank.

2,000 postal cards were printed. It was advertised in "Filatelinytt", and could be purchased at Stavanger Main Post Office during the stamp exhibition.

A special postmark was used at the stamp exhibition, N-108. It shows the World Scout Badge and the World Guide Trefoil. Registered cards required additional postage, which could be affixed on front or reverse. Blank registration labels were used, and a cachet with the world badges and text "FRIMERKEUTSTILLING / 4000 STAVANGER" was applied.

N-G-002 variety

A few postal cards show a variety where the golden tent silhouette is missing. The variety is only recorded on used cards, but mint cards could exist.
